However, once a package arrives at the destination country, we have no control over its whereabouts and will offer no assistance locating it. Expect delays during customs processing. We ship with instructions to return-to-sender in the event of refusal. We will refund all merchandise payments for items that are refused and returned. We are not responsible for packages that have arrived at the destination country but have not been delivered or returned.
It takes a minimum of 2 business days to prepare an order for shipment. The preparation time of each item is declared on the product page. A red mark on the product photo indicates an unavailable product. When every item in your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking email. If you would like to arrange a split shipment, please place a separate order for each shipment, or contact us before ordering.
